Shipping & returns

Every blosam piece is made by hand, to order, just for you. Here’s how it gets to you, and what to expect once it does.

Shipping

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, from Sandy, Utah, anywhere in the US.

Shipping is free on orders over $150. Under that, the rate is calculated at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number the moment your piece is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we appreciate you understanding.

If something isn’t right

If a piece arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, reach out within 3 days of delivery. Send a quick photo and your order number and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

A few notes

Custom and personalized pieces, including Morse code necklaces, are final sale.

Please double check your size, length, and spelling before ordering. We build each piece exactly as it comes through.
